The Lab

The department of Biological Psychology and Social Psychology has three laboratories at the Heinrich-Heine-University.

The Psychophysiological Laboratory is equipped with an air conditioning system, 6-channel olfactometer, 8-channel olfactometer, 64-channel-EEG-system and other physiological measurement devices.

The laboratory for endocrinology and chemistry is equipped with a microplate reader, microplate washer, an air conditioning system, fume hood cabins, several analysis scales and centrifuges.

The laboratory for the measurement of eye-movement is equipped with an iView X RED Eye-tracker of SensoMotoric Instruments that is used to measure the corneal reflex.
